I'm so glad you're here.

This podcast is all about small, doable habits that make a big difference in your family’s health- and keep you feeling good, too!

I’m Courtney,  wife, homeschool mom of three and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. We’ve been homeschooling for 6 years now and let’s just say, it took a while to find our groove.

In those early days, I was staying up too late, winging it with meals, leaning on too much processed food and feeling stressed and stretched thin most days.

Turns out, staying joyful and present doesn’t just happen. We need simple daily healthy habits that keep us grounded when homeschool life gets a little wild.

I started putting myself on the to-do list so I’d remember to care for me, right alongside teaching and feeding everyone else! I discovered the key habits that make the biggest difference fast. And now I’m ready to share this simple strategy with you. ♡

If you are ready to finally find a simple holistic health plan that will help you thrive and find more calm in this beautiful season of homeschooling and motherhood plus results you can’t ignore: natural energy, sharper focus, happier moods, and sweeter sleep - this podcast is for you!

Take a deep breath and focus in, it’s time to brighten your day from the inside out.
